Terms and Conditions
Tutoring terms for students and families.
These terms cover lesson delivery, fees, cancellations, responsibilities, and outcome expectations.
Tutoring sessions
Sessions are delivered online or face to face, as agreed in advance. Each session lasts approximately one hour and is tailored to the student, with support for curriculum understanding, exam preparation, and academic confidence.
Fees and payment
Sessions are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice by bank transfer. Monthly invoicing covers the student's regular weekly slot for that calendar month.
Cancellations and rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full at the tutor's discretion.
Responsibilities
Tracey will prepare and deliver sessions to the best of her ability, provide appropriate resources, and support the student's learning. The student, and parent or guardian where applicable, is responsible for attendance, engagement, and completing agreed work.
