Introduction

Tracey takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information may be collected, why it is collected, how it is used, and how it is stored in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information collected

When someone makes an enquiry or uses tutoring services, Tracey may collect parent or guardian name, student name, email address, phone number, learning needs, tuition planning details, and payment information for invoicing. Card details are not stored.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange lessons, provide tutoring services, prepare resources, send reminders or invoices, and keep basic safeguarding and tax records.

Marketing and sharing

Personal information is not sold. It is not used for marketing. Information is only shared where needed for legal, safeguarding, accounting, or service-delivery reasons.

Contact form processor

Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Web3Forms so the enquiry can be delivered to Tracey by email. Only submit the information needed for Tracey to respond.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information where the law allows. You can also contact Tracey with questions about how your information is handled.
